Priority of Club Functions: All Club functions shall take priority over a member’s private
function in the Club. The Club shall not be held liable for any inconvenience
or loss caused to a member due to a change in venue/cancellation of his/her
function on this count
Charges for the Functions: The charges for the functions will be as laid down from time to
time by the General Committee. These charges will be excluding hire charges for
extra furniture, teenage etc. and service levy.
Confirmation of Bookings: Tele booking will not be termed confirmation. Booking will be
deemed to be confirmed, only when the member booking the function has deposited
amount as advance.
